Psycho-Somatic Profile (PSP)
From fragmented healthcare to integrated psycho-somatic medicine.
Project Overview
The Psycho-Somatic Profile (PSP) is an ongoing, interdisciplinary clinical-research framework. Its goal is to bridge the fragmentation between psychological and somatic health information by establishing a structured, integrated, and longitudinal clinical evaluation model.
The project investigates how psychological history, current psychological state, and somatic health status interact and evolve over time within the same individual, in their own real-world social context.
The Three Dimensions of PSP
- Dimension 1 — Psychological history: Remote psychological background, past developmental and emotional experiences, and relevant historical psychological factors.
- Dimension 2 — Current psychological state: Present psychological functioning and symptom burden, evaluated using appropriate standardized psychometric instruments.
- Dimension 3 — Somatic health: Comprehensive clinical information, medical history, physical examination findings, and relevant somatic (cardiovascular) objective measurements.
Structured Clinical Database
The foundation of the project is a continuously expanding structured clinical infrastructure.
Database Snapshot (August 23, 2026):
- 9,646 patients
- 13,790 clinical records
- 26 clinical sections
- 428 structured data tags
This dataset is derived from routine clinical documentation with a focus on cardiovascular medicine. It contains no personally identifiable patient information and is not currently open to automated external access.
